About Us

Since 2013 we have been making maple syrup with extended family in idyllic, Southern New Hampshire. Our venture to branch out on our own as an artisan maple producer began in the fall of 2020. After a big move we discovered a hillside of ours was inundated with maple trees. With the hope of teaching our three boys the ethic of hard work and running a business, we jumped in feet first. As we started to prepare the sugarbush our name began to take form, when a feisty, young bull moose began to make himself known in our woods. Even once cornering our neighbor up a tree for hours! Thus Mad Moose Maple was born.
